I’ve never had the pleasure of eating a fresh mango in tropical Asia, but I can imagine just how scrumptious they could be. According to this article in Gourmet magazine, I don’t have to imagine. I just need to track down some mango Hi-Chews, which are better than the real thing.
I admit that I’ve seen mango Hi-Chews in stores before but never bought them because I don’t really like mango flavored candies. Next time, I won’t pass them up.
