The Ukrainian Federation of Esports is facing significant personnel changes. The new president of the organization will be a well-known entrepreneur and investor in the field of esports Maksym Krippa, who owns NAVI and Maincast.

The new management team of the Federation will include key specialists in the esports industry. An experienced manager who has previously managed large-scale projects in this area has been appointed as the Executive Director.
The arrival of this team is expected to be a major boost for the industry. According to sources, all members of the UESF board, including regional representatives, unanimously supported the personnel changes and officially approved the new management team. This decision was an important step in the transformation of the Federation and opened up opportunities for the further development of esports in Ukraine.
According to Maksym Krippa, the development strategy is still being formed, but the key areas of work have already been identified. The focus will be on building effective communication with the esports community, developing youth initiatives in schools and universities, and launching programs aimed at reintegrating veterans through video games. In addition, the Federation intends to expand the list of disciplines under its care.
“We are striving to create a transparent and reliable system of national championships that will ensure a fair selection of the strongest players. This will become the basis for the formation of a team that will adequately represent Ukraine in the international arena,” emphasizes Maksym Krippa.
