I’ve made truffles before. It’s pretty easy, if messy. And delicious delicious delicious.

The Houston Chronicle also recently did a feature on candy-making. It’s not nearly as well laid out or photographed as the Times, and the pop-up ads are obnoxious. But there are several recipes that sound tasty.
