A few weeks ago, the news of a cute exchange between Vice-President Joe Biden and a 7 year-old boy made the rounds. Apparently this 7 year-old wrote a letter to Joe Biden saying that the world would be a safer place if guns shot chocolate bullets instead of real ones.
