While there are hundreds of dungeons to explore across The Lands Between, there are also hundreds of enemies to contend with in order to progress through the game. While Castle Morne is not particularly difficult to navigate in Elden Ring, Leonine Misbegotten is by far the most difficult character to deal with.

Irina’s search for answers is ongoing.
To complete Irina’s quest line, you must travel to Castle Morne, where she requests that you deliver a letter to her father. This is a requirement of the game. As soon as you hand over the letter to Edgar in Castle Morne, he will inform you that he must attend to his responsibilities at the castle and that he cannot allow Leonine Misbegotten to steal the Grafted Blade Greatsword – one of Elden Ring’s most powerful weapons – due to his responsibilities at the castle. Once you have handed over the letter to Edgar in Castle Morne, he will inform you that he must attend to his responsibilities at the castle and that he cannot
In order to confront Leonine Misbegotten, you will need to return to Irina and recover an Iron Cleaver that has been hidden in the ground beside her. Edgar will express his gratitude to you after you have defeated them, and he will then meet with Irina to thank you for your efforts.
It should go without saying that you are free to proceed with the murder of Leonine Misbegotten without first consulting Irina or Edgar about your plans.
Items to look for and where to find them that are interesting

After ascending to Castle Morne via the elevator, take a hard left and you’ll come across a bonfire with two canine companions to play with. While you’re out collecting Smithing Stone (2), take the dogs for a stroll.
Before reaching the lift, you can sneak past the enemies on the mound in front of it and fight with a Pumpkin Helm to save your life. If you are successful in defeating them, there will be a Sanctuary Stone beneath buy PC Elden Ring Runes as a reward for your efforts. In addition, there will be three Smithing Stones (1) scattered around the tree beside them, which will be used to smith items.
In order to gain access to the ruins just beyond the mound, you must first ascend it and dispatch the intruders on the way. There will be a door on the right side of the room, as you enter. To receive a Claymore slingshot after passing through the door, open the chest on the left after passing through it.
Go down the stairwell and out the door, then up the ladder to the second floor to complete your journey. Remove all of the enemies from the area, and to the left of the screen is a Steel-Wire Torch that is being guarded by two enemies. Remove them all from the area.
Continually move forward until you are able to drop down, at which point you will arrive at the Site of Grace behind Castle Morne. Take a moment to catch your breath before continuing down and to the right of the path.
When you come to a complete stop, you will have the opportunity to jump into a small opening. In addition to the enemies that will be encountered down here, a prison cell with a spectral figure inside will have to be confronted and dealt with as well. Pickled Turtle Foot can be found next to the NPC’s corpse, which you can take as a loot item for your own use.
Exit the cell and walk down the tarmac toward the terminal. The enemies in this area will not bother you unless you approach first. The exception to this is the large misbegotten creature at the end of the path, where there is a ladder. Defeat cheap Elden Ring runes and proceed to the next level by climbing the ladder. It is necessary to open the chest in this location in order to obtain the Twinblade Talisman.
When you get back to the ground, you’ll notice a roof a short distance down the runway, which you can jump onto. Continue on until you reach a platform with a hole in the middle. Continue on from there. The only way to get down here is by hopping on the beams, which means taking it slow and steady. At the bottom, you’ll have to clear out some rats, and there will also be a Whip available for you to use if you so choose. Another loot item to find is Smithing Stone (2), which can be found on the first beam’s corpse, which is located on the second beam.
To get to the watery ground below, you must first follow the path of the bridge, dealing with any enemies you encounter along the way. Your vision will catch sight of the yellow misted gate from a mile away. Once and for all, it’s time to face Leonine Misbegotten and put an end to her mischief.
What is the most effective method of defeating Leonine Misbegotten?
Using an Intelligence build, you should have no trouble defeating Leonine Misbegotten, even if she is a difficult opponent. When exposed to magical damage, they are extremely vulnerable, and they are incredibly easy to dismantle from a distance.
Prepare for the fight by wearing armor or using talismans that increase your physical damage negation to your advantage as much as possible before the battle begins. They will strike you with their Greatsword, causing serious injury if you are caught off guard. They will wield the weapon with one hand while swiping at you with the claws of their other hand on a consistent basis.
Unlike many other characters, Leonine’s attack pattern is fairly straightforward. The vast majority of the time, they’ll swipe at you before unleashing a barrage of sword attacks on your person. They’ll launch two or three attacks in rapid succession in order to inflict the greatest amount of damage possible. In addition, as previously stated, if you intend to fight Leonine from a distance using magic, you should have no trouble so long as you are able to outrun her attacks and remain alive. For melee users, the situation is a little more difficult to deal with than for ranged users.
In any case, you should proceed with caution when dealing with their four-hit combo attack, as it has the potential to catch you off guard if Leonine has been relying on their other attacks for the majority of the fight.
Essentially, all that is required is memorizing attacks and knowing when to dodge them. Instead, you could try to stagger them in order to inflict significant damage on each one at once.
Remember to keep an eye out for Leonine’s jump attack as well; they will grab their sword in both hands and attempt to pounce on you, launching an enormous shockwave around them that will deal damage and knock you out cold for a short period of time. The best course of action in this situation is to dodge through their attack and then repeatedly backstab them, rather than trying to run away.
Never forget that you can summon an NPC to assist you just outside the arena if you’re having difficulties.
