Last year, Chow’s Year in Food review mentioned the proposed changes in the definition of chocolate. This year, Chow’s Year in Food discusses “chocolate-flavored candy-type” items.
Remember, chocolatey does not equal chocolate! Though I should note that I rather enjoyed the 5th Avenue.
