But, of course, concocting complicated cocktails is the last thing you want to be doing with your free time. After all, summer is for simplicity. Margarita

Summer just wouldn?t be summer without a perfectly crafted Margarita. Don?t forget the salt! It enhances the sweet and sour flavors and aromas of this frosty drink. Stick with a classic citrusy Margie or try a sweet variation like a Hibiscus Margarita made with hibiscus tea.

Ingredients: 2 oz. silver tequila

1 oz. lime juice

1 oz. orange liqueur
