Storyline: This is the third film in a series of villain films where in the second film, Ek Villain, Rakesh Mahadkar ruled Mumbai with a reign of terror. Now another villain, one who may even be more dangerous and brutal than Mahadkar has risen up to join him in terrorizing people of Mumbai once again….
