Emily’s Chocolates Contest

The folks at Emily’s Chocolates wanted me to remind you that June is National Candy Month. As if I needed such an excuse to eat candy. They also wanted to mail me samples of their chocolates to review, but since I’m abroad, I won’t be able to receive any of them. Fortunately for you, dear readers, they’ve agreed to mail the free chocolates to one of you instead. Hooray!

I got to try their berry and nut holiday mixes and their decadent chocolate-covered sandwich cookies back in December and greatly enjoyed them. Leave a comment with a real email address (just for me to contact you if you win; I have no spam lists to add you to) by 5pm EST next Monday, June 9 for a chance to win their chocolate covered blueberries, strawberries, and cherries (products can be seen on this page; the cherries were my personal favorite). I’ll randomly select one commenter For The Win.

Good luck! And we’ll be back to your regularly scheduled reviews on Wednesday.

  1. The chocolate covered cherries sound great. I have seen them in stores before, but I have never had any of their products before. I would love to try them.

  2. Wow! Looked at the products list and I’m drooling. I’m in love with dark chocolate and love combining it with everything. This stuff looks great! It would be so grand to win.

  3. Very weird thing is my coworker was just mentioning Emily’s Chocolates. We constantly bring in new chocolate to try out and this was her upcoming suggestion.

  4. These look extremely tasty. I’ve mever had Emily’s Chocolates, but I’ve heard they’re wonderful. I do hope I win!

  5. Ever since cherries started popping up at my grocery store, I’ve been eating two big bags of the things every week. I have never had chocolate on a cherry, but I’d imagine it’s passable good.

  6. Cherries and dark chocolate.. what could go wrong? [Unless they’re maraschino cherries. I dont’ like those haha.]
    I love this blog =)

  7. Mmmm, chocolate covered cherries. I guess I’d like to win if you’re gonna twist my arm like this. 😉

  8. Fruit and chocolate are a great combination; these sound outstanding. It’s hard to find interesting candies in little old Norwalk, Ohio, population 16,400, where Wal-Mart is the most exotic retail establishment …

I too like the Liberty Orchards milk-chocolate-covered fruit treats. We got those once as a Christmas gift from friends.

Keep up the good work on reviewing candy treats from near, far and England. Living (and tasting) vicariously through you, I remain,

  9. I’m a great blog lurker, and generally enjoy secretly discovering the the joys of your chocolates. I think the offer of free chocolate may force me to stop being such a creeper, even though I no longer have crew to keep the choco-gut off.

I wish you continued awesomeness in the UK!

  10. Hey – I’m a long-time lurker too.. I always read this blog when I have major chocolate/candy cravings! Hope being from NZ doesn’t count me out of the running for those cherries – they look amazing!

  11. Chocolate covered cherries are my favorite treat! I’m also dying to try the blueberries… Well, it all sounds delicious!

  12. Pick me please!! I love candy and these sound so yummy!! 🙂 Thanks for a chance
