Another Dominique Ansel confection

Via Serious Eats, Domonique Ansel’s latest confection creation is a Gingerbread Pinecone filled with speculoos mousse and covered in chocolate. There are few things more delicious than speculoos and chocolate, as Trader Joe’s has taught me.
