San Francisco is quite the hub for chocolate lovers – quite a few bean to bar chocolate makers have set up shop there. Lately a new chocolate maker called Dandelion Chocolate has been making news in the food blogs that I read. David Lebovitz wrote about them favorably, and Serious Eats has a photo-filled slideshow of a behind-the-scenes tour. I will have to add them to my candy bucket list!
