Ages ago, I called attention to Nutella’s contorted marketing efforts to position itself as a healthy breakfast food. Now a California mom has taken offense and is suing Ferrero, the maker of Nutella, about that misleading marketing.
I don’t think this mother deserves any sort of monetary compensation as a result of her lawsuit, but it would be nice if she succeeded in getting them to stop Nutella’s false advertising.
