Serious Eats Recaps the Sweets and Snacks Expo

As previously lamented, I wasn’t able to make it to the Sweets and Snacks Expo, this year’s big candy trade show.
Fortunately, Serious Eats was there to recap some of the booths of interest:

Maybe next year, I’ll manage to be there. In the meantime, I still have at least 10-12 pounds of my pre-trade show press goodie bag to go through!
