The NY Times Dining and Wine had an intriguing Food Stuffs brief about goat milk caramels. If the goat milk part isn’t intriguing enough, the ones they profiled by Paris-Caramels come with roasted buckwheat grains!
They’re currently available at Dean & DeLuca and Bklyn Larder in New York City. Is it too much to hope they’ll turn up at Wegmans someday soon?
