You definitely should visit the store next time you’re in SF. Some of my favorites include Michel Cluizel’s gianduja champignon (similar to the one you’ve reviewed), Knipschildt’s Hannah (a caramel with sea salt which I see in the box!), Marquise de Sevigne’s Orange Amer (citrusy and tart, just like orange juice), Maglio’s stuffed fig with candied lemon and almonds … :P

I haven’t been wowed by most of Christopher Elbow’s chocolates that I’ve tried, but the Bananas Foster was interesting.
