I assume it’s at least still made of cacao, yes? Is it cocoa powder mixed with other things, like vegetable fats, instead of other parts of the cacao bean?

God bless the USA (and the European Union, I assume): in Russia there appears to be no regulation on calling something chocolate. Maybe they’ll get there someday… they did just pass a law saying that juices with added ascorbic acid (as a preservative) can’t claim to be higher in vitamin C…
