It’s a combination of spelt, buckwheat, wheat, and rice. It’s actually a lot tastier than any regular rice treat you will eat. Secondly, I love this candy. It feels somewhat healthy and makes a great late-afternoon snack. I wish more places in the US sold it.

As you say this bar isnt anything too special but its worth giving a go if you get the chance to try it…I cant think of any similar bars.
