A few weeks later I realized that it's because Lily O'Briens' chocolate-coated oatmeal cookies are the dessert served on Delta's Moscow-New York flight. Ha. Obviously being served on an airplane is not the best mark of quality, but I have to say, they're pretty tasty cookies, and much better than the weird brownies on the New York-Moscow flight. :) When you wrote that previous post, I thought the name Lily O’Briens sounded familiar.
