More on Milk Chocolate

The Washington Post dining section also ran a story on milk chocolate’s growing popularity on the day before Valentine’s Day, complete with a milk chocolate tasting and ratings. I’m planning a chocolate tasting (to be held tomorrow!) for my residential college and bought several milk bars to try to break out of my dark chocolate snobbery. We’ll see how they fare!

    I’ve much preferred dark chocolate these past few years, but I’ve recently noticed that I’m slowly leaning towards milk. Though really, any chocolate is fine with me.

    And here I’m trying to get into dark chocolate snobbery. That brick of Scharffen Berger 70% Bittersweet I’ve been trying to hide on myself is going a long way to help me just say “no” to milk chocolate.
